"Earth and wind, woods and fields, lakes and rivers, the mountains and the sea are all excellent schoolmasters and teach some of us more than we could ever learn from books."
- John Lubbock
There's a race of men that don't fit in,
A race that can't stay still;
So they break the hearts of kith and kin,
And they roam the world at will.
They range the field and they rove the flood,
And they climb the mountain's crest;
Theirs is the curse of gypsy blood,
And they don't know how to rest.

I was born and raised on a hobby farm in the Pemberton Valley in the BC Coast Mountain Range. It was here, on the edge of the Lillooet River and beneath the iconic Mt. Currie that my passion for the outdoors was initially sparked.
My time is spent traveling the world in search of steep and deep lines to climb and ski. Not confined to one genre, I like to blend elements of freeride, freestyle and ski mountaineering into a style all my own. Photo and film assignments have taken me to a variety of interesting destinations including: Switzerland, France, Italy, China, Japan, South America, Dubai and all over Canada and the US. When I'm not skiing I spend my time outside paragliding, climbing, trail running, hiking, camping, mountain biking, taking photos, playing music and exploring my beautiful backyard with family and friends.
