You will receive an shipping confirmation email with the tracking number(s).

Option 1: Click on the link found in your shipping confirmation email.
Option 2: Log in to your account using your account information and click on the Order Status section to find your tracking number. Clicking the tracking number link will take you to the shipping company’s website and you can track your shipments progress there.
Please note that tracking information may not be available for up to 24 hours after placing your order. If you are unable to track your package after this 24 hour period please contact Customer Service for assistance.
- How can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed and payment is taken, you cannot cancel your order. If you have any questions or concerns about your order please contact an Arc’teryx Customer Service Representative: 1-866-458-2473.

Estimated delivery time by ground shipping is 6-7 business days, however this time line may vary with the final destination. It is best to check your order status online. When your order has been shipped we will display the tracking number in the Order Status section of your account. Clicking on the tracking number link will take you to the shipping company’s website and you can track your shipments progress there.
