How do I submit a warranty return or repair to ARC’TERYX?

To return your product to Arc’teryx for warranty service or repair, follow these steps:

1. Fill out and submit this Electronic Request Form

If the form does not address your specific needs, you may call us directly at 1-888-326-9900 (toll free in North America) or 604-454-9900 (international) weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST.

2. An Arc’teryx warranty professional will contact you with a return authorization number and instructions. You should expect a response within 5 business days. Do NOT ship the item to Arc’teryx without first obtaining a return authorization.

3. Prepare a note with information on what product you are returning, why, and what you would like to see happen. Include the Return Authorization number provided by Arc’teryx.

4. Please clean the item before returning. Items requiring cleaning will be subject to a delay in processing as well as a cleaning charge.

5. To ensure proper repairs, it is helpful to identify problem areas with a piece of tape or rubber band.

6. Ship the item to the address specified by your Arc’teryx agent. Be sure to select a courier that provides tracking information and proof of delivery.
