I just need a buckle replaced; do I need to send in my pack or jacket?

If you need a buckle (or cord end, toggle, etc.) we can usually send a replacement in the mail to you at no charge. Just tell us the product model and which piece you need. We may need to know the vintage of your product as well as the actual name of the missing part to ensure the replacement matches up correctly.
