Children under the Age of 13

In the event we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete this information as quickly as possible. Arc'teryx has implemented physical, organizational, and technological security measures to safeguard the personal information in our custody or control. These include protection against loss, theft or fraud as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification of personal information.

If you provide us with credit card information, that information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") technology and then encrypted into our databases to be used and accessed only as described in this Privacy Policy.
