GUIDE

Lilla loved skiing from the start, she vividly remembers skiing in the Alps with her parents as a child, something she has already shared with her young daughter Ella. Lilla also loved the adventure of climbing from the start. It is her “soul food”, from the successful summits to the hair raising moments where she has had to back off a route and use her toolbox of technical skills. Without question, she made the right choice to become an International Federation of Mountain Guides Associations mountain guide and instructor. Astute, accomplished, competent and confident - are ways to describe Lilla’s voluminous guiding career, which would seem to belong to someone much older than her. Yet it is the twinkle in the corner of her eyes that gives away her unwavering love and youthful exuberance for her chosen profession. Lilla’s determination, perseverance and spirit is what she credits for most of her feats. More importantly, she has found fulfillment in marriage and co-parenting daughter Ella, raising her in the mountains and nurturing her wonderment.
