Hi John, thanks for reaching out. The Rush Jacket has three hood adjustment points. The Alpha SV Jacket has four, with an additional adjustment at the back of the hood around the neck. That said, both jackets feature a helmet-compatible StormHood. We hope this helps!

What is the small thing that’s sewn into the Rush jacket near the season pass pocket on the left arm?

Hi Mike, thank you for your question. What you're seeing on the left sleeve near the pocket is a RECCO® reflector. This is a safety feature designed to assist search and rescue teams in locating individuals during emergency situations by reflecting signals from RECCO® detectors. In previous iterations of the Rush Jacket, the RECCO® reflector was sewn into the left sleeve near the pocket. For the current FW25 Rush Jacket, the RECCO® reflector has been moved to the hood for improved placement and functionality. We hope this helps!

It provides excellent waterproof and windproof protection, but you’ll want to pair it with a baselayer and an insulated midlayer or fleece for warmth on colder days.
